About
The Midlands Largest Boat Owning Water-Ski Lake
Chasewater, the Midlands Premier Ski facility occupies over 200 acres of water and allows all members to bring their own Ski boats to the club 365 days a year. From 14ft sports boats to Tournament Ski boats, all are welcome. With 2 slipways and jetty mooring for 30 + craft, launching and boarding couldn’t be easier. The SBDA (Ski Boat Drivers Award) is taught to all members & non members, so whether you’re an experienced skipper or complete novice, training and help is always at hand.
On the water we have a full Slalom course and Ski jump for the more daring!
We currently run the largest Kiddies Coaching Scheme in the UK. All family members with children are encouraged to come along on Saturday mornings to be taught by our team of Award Winning British Water Ski Federation certified Instructors and Coaches. From Slalom to Tricks to Wakeboard, Kneeboard and Barefoot, all disciplines are taught and encouraged by our team of instructors.
During the summer months camping is available in designated areas and the club has a large family picnic area with play facilities for the children within the compound.
Once off the water full changing facilities with hot showers and heated clubhouse are available, complete with on-site catering and licensed bar services, offering a wide variety of refreshment from snacks to hot meals. Throughout the year the club hosts regular social events. Having a fully licensed bar on site allows BBQ nights, live bands, fancy dress parties and regular members birthday disco’s. If you are not a boat owner the club has its own world class towboat so if you want to learn to ski or improve existing skills, book a lesson with all equipment provided. Whatever your age or ability, we can teach you to ski.
